Uphold - Processing your ID document

Description of the issue:
i send my id document many month ago and i can not finish to verify my wallet because i still have the “processung your id document”'s message

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. i juste log on uphold website

Expected result:
get my wallet verify to use it

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.17.75 Chromium: 87.0.4280.88 (Build officiel) (64 bits)

Greetings, contact Uphold support again, they will send you a Link where you will have to verify your documents in real time, Click on the link that will be assigned, upload your Identity Card or Driving License, after there they will ask you to Take a photo from your webcam on your phone or computer and voila, you will have your system approved, you may have skipped some verification that you really are the owner of the account that is why you have to take seriousness when opening the account.
