Uphold logs me out every month and I have to log in again. This keeps happening regularly.

I understand security, but this is my account and my responsibility. I don’t want to be forced to re-login every month if nothing has changed on my device, browser, or location. It feels unnecessary and honestly annoying.

I even tried calling a support number I found online (+1-803 -364-6500) and they explained it’s a security policy, but I still want to confirm with other users.

So my question is:
Is there any way to stop Uphold from logging me out every month, or is this forced for everyone with no opt-out?

Has anyone found a workaround, or is this just how Uphold works?

Websites have the discretion > to end a session. That means, there is no way for you to stop Uphold from taking action . . . unless, of course, you buy Uphold.
