Uphold account got logged out automatically, But, now not able login to uphold in desktop browser. When i try to login, the uphold is just stuck with loading screen.
I was able to do the same in mobile version. why I’m facing this issue desktop version.
I have also reported to uphold, they have said that there is no issue from their side.
Pls. help mw this prob.
I’m having the same problem. This morning I was logged out of Uphold on my laptop, and when I try logging in, it’s stuck on loading icon. My laptop has been synced to my desktop for months working fine, now I can’t log into Uphold at all from it.
I can however, log into Uphold from desktop, but I had to authenticate again. Since I use my laptop more, I’d like this resolved. I’m now “verified” on desktop, but not on laptop anymore. Is there something I’m missing? Any help is appreciated.
