# Unable to Connect my Brave browser with my Uphold Account

When I try to authorize the connection between my Brave browser and my Uphold account, the system displays the error message:

"Erro: o perfil das Recompensas Brave foi sinalizado

Infelizmente, seu perfil das Recompensas Brave foi sinalizado e você não pode realizar a verificação com um custodiante no momento. Essa sinalização pode ocorrer devido a uma atividade ilegal nos Anúncios Brave, mas também pode ser um falso positivo.

Importante: enquanto seu perfil das Recompensas Brave estiver sinalizado, você não poderá fazer a verificação.

Nenhuma ação sua é necessária. Seu perfil das Recompensas Brave será reavaliado de modo automático regularmente para determinar quando (ou se) a sinalização poderá ser removida. Tente novamente de tempos em tempos para saber se a sinalização foi removida."

Translated into English:

"Error: Brave Rewards profile has been flagged

Unfortunately, your Brave Rewards profile has been flagged and you are unable to verify with a custodian at this time. This flag could be due to illegal activity on Brave Ads, but it could also be a false positive.

Important: While your Brave Rewards profile is flagged, you will not be able to verify.

No action from you is required. Your Brave Rewards profile will be automatically re-evaluated on a regular basis to determine when (or if) the flag can be removed. Please try again from time to time to see if the flag has been removed."

Notes:  
Brave Version: v1.49.120 (latest)  
My browser wallet is currently verified  
I never made or received payments  
I’m not using VPN  
I’m in a supported region ( **Brazil** )

Aconselho a contactar o suporte Brave. Poderá abrir um pedido através do link abaixo. No entanto, as probabilidades de que removam a sinalização é reduzida. Quando o sistema anti-fraude deteta alguma atividade suspeita, raramente removem a sinalização.
