# Unable to connect Brave and Uphold

**Briefly describe your issue:**  
I am currently unable to link my Uphold account to my Brave Rewards. Every time I attempt to log into Uphold, I receive an error that keeps telling me that it is still being processed. My account was created a year ago  
**What Operating System and Brave version are you using (`Menu --> About Brave`)?**  
Version 1.63.162 Chromium: 122.0.6261.69 (Official Build) (x86\_64)  
**Is your Brave Rewards Profile currently verified? (yes/no)**  
Yes  
**What date did you connect a your Brave Rewards Profile?**  
Possibly a year and a half ago  
**Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?**  
Yes  
**Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)**  
No  
**Are you in a supported region ([see here](https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/6539887971469-Supported-regions-for-verifying-Brave-Rewards-with-a-custodial-account-provider-) for list of supported regions)?**  
Yes  
**Does your device pass the [SafteyNet](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.freeandroidtools.safetynettest&hl=en_US&gl=US) check (Android only)?**  
Using Brave on a mac  
**Have you fully completed [Uphold’s CDD](https://wallet.uphold.com/customer-due-diligence) requirements?**  
Yes
