Description of the issue:
Incognito window only, typing a string like 0+000000 will instantly crash brave when the last digit is entered. Also occurs if * or +* or *+ is substituted for +. Only occurs with digits (eg; A+000000 etc. does not crash). Other symbols like - or / do not crash.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Brave
2. Type a string like like 0+000000
Actual Result:
Browser crashes
Expected Result:
Browser should not crash and address bar should continue to have focus and take input
Reproduces how often:
Always. Reproduced on 2 separate machines.
