Two BAT (SOL) accounts across multiple devices and OSs

Briefly describe your issue:

I have two BAT (SOL) accounts, primarily because my first account was limited to four devices, whereas my second account has unlimited (apparently). My first account is my main devices (Windows & Android). My second account includes Brave Nightly browser and a Linux VM.

The issue: last month I only recieved rewards for my lesser second account. I raised a support ticket and was told “we’ve determined you are not eligible for a payment this month due to certain restrictions”. I’m cool with that, I just want to understand if I can keep using two accounts (then what was the likely reason for no payout) or should I consolidate in to one account across all devices.
