I have used Brave for a long time now and really enjoy it.

But I will never use a chatbot/AI/Leo and request the possibility to turn it completely off so I don’t have to see it every. single. time. I type something into the address bar. I search for a wide variety of topics every day, it can be hundreds of wildly different topics in a given week, and _I need to be able to use the browser without being distracted_.

Brave has been very, very good about providing the user with a focused experience up until now. Please give us the option of turning Leo completely off so it doesn’t show up anywhere in the browser.

Thanks sincerely in advance for helping me focus, which in turn keeps me a loyal Brave user.

`Settings --> Apperance --> Leo AI Assistant`:

You can also remove it from the sidebar by going to `Settings --> Leo`:

THANK YOU so much! I had found the setting to turn it off in the sidebar, and now I know where to turn it off in the appearance section.
