@MirzaBey as it happened on Android you typically would need to request a refund through Google Play.
But go ahead and complete a Premium Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360003078831
as well. Do note the section asking for an invoice number can be left blank.

@MirzaBey as instructed. If you request a refund or whatever through Google Play it generally will process with no issues. This is typically independent of Brave.
But if you need Brave’s support, then you should create the ticket via the link I mentioned earlier.
Do this and they will do the best they can to make sure you are assisted. Just be mindful we’re currently in the middle of the holidays and end of the year, so I do not know how quick their responses will be.
hello, I also have a problem with brave vpn it is a annual subscription, but my brave browser made a subscription on it’s own. I went through a lot of emails from google play support and to my cash app(GCASH) for the refund and made nothing to refund my money, I already did an cancel subscription, and a few minutes ago, an email was sent to me from google support and said I must contact the developer to google playstore for my refund, when I was about to reach out for the developer for brave, an issue was on notice that my brave browser is not compatible “anymore” with my device, I am using the browser for a long time why would that happen? please help!!
