In Brave v1.65.126 on Win10 desktop, open tabs are no longer restored upon startup. Neither Brave Settings ‘On startup’ option of ‘Continue where you left off’ nor ‘Open a specific page or set of pages’ are currently functional for me. This functionality has worked properly for me daily on this same PC/setup for years, up until today.
