Tips not received in uphold wallet

I received some tips before I was a verified member on Uphold, and never received them in the wallet. Now I am a verified member and still cannot see the tips received. Are they lost?

  1. send tip from Brave to Youtube user with uphold account not verified
  2. brave BAT balance changes
  3. youtube user checks his publisher brave account and the tip is not there
  4. uphold account is now verified
  5. youtube user checks his publisher brave account and the tip is till not there

Expect to receive the tips in the uphold wallet connected to the publisher’s dashboard

all the time

Hi @jbs01,

It’s safe. It may take a days before the balance on your publishers dashboard (publishers.basicattentiontoken.org) get updated. Because it’s not directly sent to publishers but to settlement wallet first.
