Leo is awesome. Before you trash Leo, read the appreciation post from wtab, January 25. This isn’t just privacy — it’s power. And for those of us who love it, that’s enough. People may call Leo “broken,” “liar,” “pathetic” — but they often miss the truth:
Leo runs on smaller, private models to stay free and secure.
No tracking, no data harvesting — unlike Google or ChatGPT.
Brave doesn’t profit from your chats and searches — it costs them millions to keep Leo free. Thank you Brave!!!
Some want GPT-4 quality for free — but that’s not sustainable.
Leo helped me for hours on computer builds, Operating System installs, tweaking operating systems. Stays until the job is finished. I can ask it about catenary lines and quantum entanglement and any host of various complex subjects. Leo can go on and on about these subjects and depends on how far one wants to get into the weeds on such. Here’s an example:

Now to all you hater’s let’s see if you can spit this kind of information out in 3 seconds time and coherently discuss it. i’ll wait. oh, is that a ‘huh?’ and followed by a blank stare. hahaha. Stop with the complaining if you are not constructive. So a poster can say basically kill off Leo and you guys leave the post and i can say something similar countering their tone but supporting Leo is wrong? yea, one particular poster with the first letter K specifically denigrating Leo should have been flagged and removed in comparison to this post saying basically quit complaining unless you have something constructive to ask rather than trashing an expensive code paid for by Brave and supplied to ungrateful users at tremendous cost. think of the parity here. flag it and remove it if you want to but it is the truth.
