While taking a screenshot with Ctrl+Shift+S, it shows a consistent area at the top, and it also makes it hard to take a screenshot precisely.

I also have a suggestion for Brave Browser: can you please implement MS Edge’s screenshot type tool, where Long screenshots are supported, and also annotation supported.
Can you try creating a fresh/additional browser profile (Menu > More tools > Add profile) without any extensions installed, then close your original profile window and tell me if the screenshot issue occurs in the fresh profile as well?
