Tab groups moved to the end of a list of vertical tabs disappear

Description of the issue:
Upon moving a collapsed saved tab group to the bottom of the vertical tab list, it disappears entirely. The only way for it to reappear is to create a new tab, instantly causing the tab group to appear again.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Drag a tab group to the bottom of the vertical tab list.

  2. Collapse it.

  3. The tab group disappears.

Expected result:
The tab group should be collapsed normally, displaying its name and colour.

Additional Information:
Tab groups function normally when not at the end of the vertical tab list, and can be collapsed without disappearing.
