Sync Chain setup Instructions/Directions to links to click on which do not exist

Seems to be some confusion here that can be cleared up by my response here:

My Brave sync does not have the "I have sync code" option

@ailem11, The I have a Sync code option appears on the device you’re adding (it’s as if saying to the new device “I’ll be using a code from a device already on my Sync chain to add this device to the chain”).
