Submitted a support ticket a week ago, no ticket ID received, account flagged since 2023

My Uphold wallet has been verified and connected to Brave for a long time, but I haven’t received any BAT payouts since May 1st, 2023 (my last payout was 0.325 BAT). I am actively viewing ads and generating estimated earnings on two devices (Windows PC and Android), but nothing transfers to my Uphold account during the payout period. I submitted a support ticket via the form a week ago but never received a Ticket ID or response. I suspect my profile might be flagged.

Yes (Poland). I am not using a VPN.

Could a moderator please check my account for any flags? I can provide my Payment IDs (for both PC and Mobile) via DM.

Can you try submitting again? If you didn’t receive a ticket number or reply, there may be an issue with delivery on your end. Please check your available email storage and confirm the email address was entered correctly.

I just resubmitted the form again, waited over 30 minutes, and checked my spam/junk folders. I still haven’t received any automated confirmation email or Ticket ID. My email storage is not full and I receive other emails normally. It seems the ticketing system might be blocking or filtering out my email provider.
Since the form isn’t working for me, could you please send me a Direct Message (DM) here on the forum? I would like to securely share my 2 Payment IDs with you so my account can be checked for flags. I really want to resolve this issue, as my payouts have been stuck since May 2023.
