Sound resets to 100% on windows 11 after reopening Brave

I have to manually lower braves volume everytime i close and reopen the browser.
It resets to 100% in the volume mixer on windows

“BB” > Brave Browser

What I would do:

Disable BB setting: Continue where you left off

Disable and Remove All Extensions - for test purposes

In a BB New Window, go to: brave://settings/clearBrowserData

Set “Time range” to “All time” and clear data:

  • Basic tab > ENABLE Browsing history
  • Basic tab > ENABLE Cached images and files
  • Basic tab > ENABLE Cookies and other site data

Click Delete data button.

Exit / Quit BB; and Restart computer. Test issue.
