Update: two new issues have been added to make sure the Sidebar Web Panel is persistent until the user closes it. So this means it’s still in the works

Web panel feature.
When clicking web panel item from sidebar, it'll open anothe… r split view for that web panel.
That split view opens till user close that panel item.
