Hello!
Recently, within the last month or so, I have noticed that some subreddits have started to break. It really only happens when scrolling down the subreddit, in both scrolling down the main page at all the threads and if I am in a thread.
(And if I start a search from that subreddit, it happens when scrolling as well). Also, clicking the ‘plus’ or whatever button to open pictures/gifs/videos/etc are also broken.
What is weird that it seems to only be some subreddits.
For example, the NBA subreddit and the Toronto Raptors ones are fine. Or th
But if I go to the Cod Competitive subreddit and the Kpop (yes, yes weird interests - I know) ones are broken. When scrolling, it looks like the page gets segmented and the parts with all the different threads go on top (so they are layered) and it messes up.
And like I said earlier, opening images/videos/etc using the ‘plus’ is also broken on those and not the others.
I have tried opening them up in Chrome and FireFox and they have worked fine.
Sports, video games and Kpop are not all that weird! 
Can you please try clearing reddit’s cache/site data (or your browsers) and then test again?

Sorry for the late reply!
I have tried clearing the cache/site data multiple different ways.
- Through the Brave Settings
- Through the ‘Site Settings’ while on reddit
- Clearing ‘Site Data’ through Inspect → Application.
The issue still seems to happen. Even when trying through Private Browsing, the issue still is happening.
Oh - i thought I should note - that i usually use ‘old.reddit.com’ and have the RES extension (though it still happens with RES off). The new, normal reddit pages of the subreddits seem to work fine from what I can tell now.
Worst comes to worst, I will just have to get used to using the ‘new’ reddit and not have it automatically change to old reddit.

Can you share a screenshot and/or short screen recording of the behavior so I can see the exact behavior you’re seeing?
I have attached two short videos. It was hard to get good videos as I can only upload max of 10 MB in this, so I couldn’t really show a lot ha.
As you can sort of see, in the kpop one - the banner? scrolls down as well and like I mentioned previously, it the page looks layered.
In the COD one, I showed in a random thread - it is layered and the ‘Call of Duty’ image goes down the page as well. Also, shows what it looks like when opening/closing an image with the ‘plus’
I have also noticed that I can’t scroll via space bar at times either.
Yeah okay I see this as well – for some reason the ads/trackers protection causes these issues. Disabling them in Shields (or disabling Shields all together) resolves the issue. Not super clear why this would be happening but I’ve asked our Shields folks to take a look.
Weird - I had tried disabling shields previously (When it first started happening) and the issue was still happening. But disabling them again now seems to work, yeah.
