Sliders are too narrow

i am having trouble clicking the sliders along the right hand side. i need them to be the standard width like everything else on windows. chrome and firefox do not use such narrow sliders. unfortunately, those browsers are not my preferred ones. when i am trying to drag the sliders down and scroll through a page, it can be very difficult to click such a narrow slider. i dont see any settings to adjust the width. the current width of the sliders requires fine motor skills to click.
