Site icons not showing when returning to a page in private browsing

When I go to a tab in private browsing the icon goes neutral when I go back to a page I was previously on and I have to refresh.

Description of the issue:

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to private browsing

  2. Go to links

  3. Go back to a previous link

Expected result: The Icon stays the same

Brave Version: Brave 1.93.138
