Hi, I recently sent 23 BAT to my own twitter account and it’s never arrived on my Uphold account. It never happened for me before, is this normal ?

Oh ok, and… its lost forever or i can take them back ?

No answer is given from the team for all the similar cases (at least those which I have read) but according to me, those BAT are lost forever. 
To be sure leave open this thread and lets see if someone from team will do another answer.
