Security Question Pop Up on Opening Brave Browser

Every time I open the Brave web browser after turning the computer on the MS Security pop up asks if I want to allow Brave to make changes to my computer. I must click ‘yes’ to open,
If I simply hit return(enter) or no the browser closes.
Never used to do this.
How do I make the pop up stop?
