Somedays ago I had posted the problems I was facing just after updating brave browser, but the point is I am still facing those problems, no one have replied me till now, I don’t know why so i want to know from the people of this community that everyone facing these problems like no suggestions while searching something on brave search bar and can’t copy the link of the website by clicking the search bar or only I am facing these problems, please reply me you face these problems or not I want to know this. I think @Mattches is on vacation.

Looks like @Evan123 started replying here – continuing from there, can you also confirm that you have the Show search suggestions option enabled in the browser’s settings (Settings > Search engines > Show search suggestions)? I have set Google as my default search engine on my Android device and search suggestions are showing for me as expected:
When you tap in the address bar, you can copy the link by tapping the Copy icon that appears right below the text field. Below, I have visited https://brave.com, then tapped in the address bar. Tapping the icon circled in the image copies the address of the site you’re on currently (you can also use the share button for this to share the website link in other apps):
Do you not see this option appear when you tap in the address bar in Brave? If not, what do you see? What is the specific behavior (if any)?
When I click on the search bar the link of the website dissaspers and it becomes blank. Also I want to told you that i have installed chrome also in my device and these same problems also occurred in chrome
Yeah the text disappears and you can start typing in the address bar. If you want to copy the address of the site you’re currently on, you can just hit the Copy button as stated in my last reply. If you want to edit the address of the site you’re currently on, you can tap the “pencil” icon right next to the copy icon.
This isn’t an issue, this is all expected behavior. There’s no functionality missing here.
But the copy, edit, share option is not shown when I click on the search bar while in a website
I think that the problem is with my device, I have also told you that I can upload images on brave community otherwise I will show you the exact scene I am facing
