Search Bar dont works

The search bar in Protopage no longer works in Brave version 1.80.1 (121)
It still works in Brave version 1.73(97). What has changed in the new version? What settings do I need to change and where?

Description of the issue:

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. put search item in search bar and press enter

Expected result: result on google

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.80.1 (121)

Mobile Device details Ipad pro 12.9 IOS 18.6

Additional Information: on my Ioad 11 pro using Brave 1.73 (93) it work IOS 18.6

You’re talking about the cmd + f command right? That’s not working for me too right now.

Yupp, latest update f’d it up

use Version 1.80.125 on ios and it works i tested it right now
