Disabling a couple of my extensions seems to have worked, but I don’t understand why. I don’t have that many extensions in the first place (was 6, now 2) and I’ve had all of them for a couple years, no new ones. Why did I just start getting a problem now?

Maybe the extension updated or had issues with a specific site or specific conditions. Would go through the extensions and work out which is causing it. Which extensions do you have?

Just temporarily disable all the extensions while testing, you can always re-enable them back. When everything is disabled, test the scroll freeze issue. Is there a specific webpage that you get this freeze?
