Description of the issue:
I have #overlay-scrollbars enabled and #fluent-overlay-scrollbars disabled however the scrollbar will not disappear.

@lz4789 just to clarify, flags are experimental features. The specific one you’re referring to comes from Chromium, not from Brave directly, so it isn’t something Brave develops or maintains.
After you mentioned it, I tested the same flag in Chrome on my device and saw the same behavior there as well.
At this point, it’s unclear whether any adjustments will be made down the road. Since this originates upstream and behaves the same outside of Brave, there may not be much that can be addressed right now.
