Whenever I take a screenshot (which has now been hidden away now for… reasons - Not enough overall use) the bounding box Brave draws which demarcates the screen area to grab is drawn too low (maybe around 80px or so?), but it does grab the area I initially selected.

### Description
On Linux (Wayland + KDE Plasma), the built-in screenshot tool (… Ctrl+Shift+S) displays a visually misaligned/offset dark overlay when dragging a selection area. The selection box does not match the actual cursor position or window boundaries (e.g., left sidebar appears cut off from the overlay area).
However, the final captured image output is correct and accurately matches the intended drag coordinates. This indicates a visual rendering bug of the overlay UI/canvas under Wayland.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Run Brave under a Wayland session on KDE Plasma (Linux).
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+S to activate the built-in screenshot tool.
3. Observe the dark overlay selection area — it does not cover the full window properly (e.g., sidebar tabs are visually excluded/offset).
4. Drag to select an area and release.
### Actual result
- The visual overlay/drag box is misaligned/offset during selection.
- The captured image is correct based on actual cursor drag points.

### Expected result
The visual selection overlay should accurately align with the cursor and cover the full browser window boundaries (including sidebars).
