After the newest update on Dec 3th, 2025, screensharing in BigBlueButton does no longer work, if you want to select a Tab within Brave. You can still press the buttons for screensharing, also select the tab, but as soon as you selected the Tab and click share, it will show a greyed preview of the Tab to share with three white round circles horizontally besides each other appears. The participants in the conference do only see a white window, so it does obviously not work. Oddly, window sharing or sharing of the entire screen still works. Reproduced yesterday and today various times.
