So, I just booted my laptop opened browser and noticed that I have been logged out from everywhere, when I tried to login I noticed that there isn’t saved any password anymore.
Only thing that was left in the browser where the bookmarks. One thing that is really strange is that the bookmarks where still there, however the grouped bookmarks where gone.
When I opened the browser it opened the last used tabs (as I had this option in the settings) except the grouped tabs.
I am currently using v.1.80.124 last time I used the laptop, I normally shut it down and few hours later I opened it and everything was gone.
I googled it and found out other posts about it, which is kinda scary.
I tried going to appdata and there was only “default” folder and not “profile 1” as mentioned in a topic.
This also happened after an update in Linux. This has nothing to do with restoring a backup of passwords to an xml file after the fact. This is a current bug.
I have had almost the same thing happen to me - TWICE! 1st was a few months ago - I had to re-import form my old browser and try to remember/recreate/”forgot my passoword” for all the rest.
The 2nd time was today. The websites I have opted to DECLINE are still remembered/saved. Also, the history for all my visited sites and downloads are still there. (I just quickly scrolled back 3 months.) This seems to be an Accounts & Passwords issue only. The accounts, usernames, and passwords are all gone - no entries at all, except the new one I created today (which is how I discovered the problem). I have had no issues though with my tabs, all of them are fine, but the password page/bank is EMPTY. I’m still logged into my email from the last session, but I manually enter it each time and don’t keep that 1 email saved in passwords.

I’m so very frustrated and I really rely on the saved passwords! This is a horrible glitch/bug. Please, someone help fix!
