Rewards message disappeared but 0 BATs was credited

1. Are you using a VPN? Yes, ProtonVPN.

2. Are you in a supported region? Yes, Italy.

3. Is your Brave Rewards profile flagged? No, it says “Valid” in brave://rewards-internals.

4. Have you ever been able to receive payouts before? Yes, once in March, but only 0.33 bats, I opened my wallet in February.

5. Description of the issue:

Hello, my Brave Rewards payout message disappeared but no BAT was credited to my Solana wallet, I’m talking about the April payout. Checking my rewards-internals logs, I see multiple critical errors: - ‘Failed to refill confirmation tokens’ - ‘Failed to fetch payment token’ - ‘Unable to retrieve Solana account balance: kInternalError’

I already contacted email support (Ticket #367987) but received a generic refusal mentioning internal policies that honestly didn’t satisfy me, so I’m sorry, but I’ll insist. However, my profile is explicitly “Valid” (not flagged I think). I likely think this is triggered by my VPN usage (ProtonVPN), which by the way I installed thanks to Brave ads.

Could a moderator please explain me how do I fix these to start earn BATs and perhaps retrieve the BATs I haven’t received?
