My last payout was received on January 7th, 2026. In early February, my Uphold wallet was automatically logged out, and I reconnected it manually. Since then, the ad counter and BAT accumulation have stopped working on both my PC (Wi-Fi) and Android (Mobile data). I have tried resetting Brave Rewards multiple times and performed a clean reinstall on my mobile device, but the issue persists.
I have already contacted support via email, but they told me everything is fine on their end. However, the problem clearly continues. Crucially, my Uphold wallet status appears as “Connected” in the Brave UI, but the internal logs consistently report “Access token expired” and “Unauthorized access” errors. I have confirmed that custom DNS is disabled. I have the sensitive logs available and can provide them to a support agent upon request.

This may just be because you don’t have a lot of ad campaigns in your area that pay BAT. If you’re primarily seeing house ads then you won’t see an increase. The ads viewed counter is only for paid ads. Anything that pays 0 BAT does not increase the counter.
When I check the transparency page at https://brave.com/transparency/ it shows only 8 ad campaigns in your country right now.
I don’t know if those are all paid campaigns? But even if not, it becomes a question of whether you may have hit the view limits or if they are aimed at your OS.
Advertisers set limits to how many times we can view ads. This can be daily, weekly, monthly, or in total. Some campaigns can last more than a year as well. You can try to check https://sampson.codes/brave/ads/my_region/ to see the campaigns, their view limits, when they began, and more.
For example, the one below started in July 2, 2025 and ends on February 27, 2026. It has view limits of 4 per day with a maximum total views of 60. This means I could have hit the view limit in as little as 15 days,. but the campaign was for around 240 days. So as much as it exists, it wouldn’t do much good for me.
