Very frustrating to not be able to navigate a Brave search page with arrow keys by causing the page to naturally scroll instead of a blue box jumping from one result to the next. It is not caused by the F7/Caret Browsing function as previous topics have mentioned, and occurs in Firefox safe mode (all add-ons disabled).
This requirement to either reach for a mouse or use a trackpad thereby removing my hands from the keyboard is unlike any other application I’ve used.
Is there any way to force normal arrow key operation? Thanks for any insight.

IMHO, arrow keys should have the normal/expected effect - by the way, same as in the search results in this forum!
There should be a special, optional, shortcut (ex, ctrl+arrow-key) to navigate between search results.
Also, current behavior is inconsistent: if press Down, it jumps over the long AI generated result to next found item, but if then press Up, then it scrolls the page normally.
