Hi guys,
From the past few days my laptop has started going crazy with the fans and the cpu usage is always above 50 60 even if everything is closed I tracked it down to be Google Chrome and they have something called evelation_Service.exe? I have watched quite a lot of tutorials online and cannot seem to get a solution. I followed this tutorial and it removes it cpu usage goes back to 20 10 on idle but on restart elevation service comes back I also tried installing an older version of chrome and still have the same problem 
Only problem is that I have soo many bookmarks and synced data that I am stuck with it any help will be appreciated.
