Redraw issues when switching monitors with different resolutions on Mac OS

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. When switching between laptop to clamshell-external-monitor mode, Brave has redraw issues. If I minimize Brave, for a split second, you can see the Brave app outline between minimizing Brave to the dock and back again.
  2. This problem only occurs when I switch between docking my laptop and using the laptop undocked. I suspect that the change in screen resolution or retina ratio issues may be causing this redraw bug.
  3. This happens every time. Launch Brave either in laptop mode, then dock to an external monitor and try to minimize Brave to the app tray/dock and you’ll see the outside frame of Brave remain for a brief half second before disappearing. You can also launch Brave in docked mode, then when you unplug the monitor and open the laptop, the same issue occurs when you minimize Brave. To get rid of the bug, you have to quit Brave.

Expected result: No frame when you minimize.

Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave 1.80.124 (Official Build) (arm64)
