Quick Toggle Switch for Search Engines in the Address/Search Bar

Hi Brave Team,

Please consider adding a quick search engine toggle/shortcut directly in the address bar to instantly switch between Google, DuckDuckGo, Yahoo, Bing, and local engines.

  • The Problem: Going deep into Settings every time to change the search engine is slow and disrupts the workflow.

  • The Solution: A small dropdown or icon right next to the search bar for on-the-fly switching.

  • Why it matters: It saves time, enhances user freedom, and perfectly matches Brave’s core philosophy of ultimate user control.
