Profiles does not represent network settings

I am using Desktop version **v1.80.122 on Linux and I set one profile to use DNS over HTTPS on cloudflare and another to use only the OS resolver. Both profiles follow each other so if i set one profile to use DOH the other uses it, as well if i deactivate DOH the other profile follows.
Is this a fault ? I expect one profile to use DOH while the other does not use DOH.

Most of a BB profile’s settings, are stored in the Preferences file that is located within the associated profile folder.

/home/[username]/.config/BraveSoftware/Brave-Browser/Default/Preferences

Some BB settings are stored in the Local State file ← that is not within any profile folder -and- has settings that all BB user profiles have in common.

/home/[username]/.config/BraveSoftware/Brave-Browser/Local State

There are also BB settings that are not stored in either of the two mentioned files. For example, some BB settings are in the Windows OS Registry. I do not know what that storage equivalent is for Linux OS ← some config file(s)?

The “DNS over HTTPS” setting is in the Local State file.

This is linux. The question has not been answered. Can brave peform two profiles with different network settings ?
