Problem with search

I have a problem when I try to search for something, on another browser everything works fine I have a problem when I try to search for something, on another browser everything works, when I try to search for something I get the message “connection is private” NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

I’ve tried everything on the support page, I’ve turned off my antivirus I’ve tried everything on the help page, I’ve disabled the antivirus and extensions and also checked the internet connection, as I said, everything works on a different browser.

I’m using Windows 10 If this information is useful and your browser is up to date

Do you see this issue if you try from a Private Window?

Have you tried clearing your cookies/cache in full?

Yes, I have already tried deleting cookies.

To clarify, are you saying that this happens when you use the actual search engine in the address bar? Or is this just happening when you type in any web address (as shown in your screenshot where you’re attempting to visit gmail)?

This is what happens when I try to visit any website, The same error appears on every website and on YouTube it says “no connection” but the internet works in games or in other browsers or applications.

Can you please try downloading the Beta build of the browser and test to see if you get the same results there? Note that the Beta will install as a separate browser – you will not overwrite any data and you’re welcome to delete/uninstall the Beta after you perform the test.
