# Problem BAT rewards disappeared after UPHold Verification

**Briefly describe your issue:**

Since the validation and verification of my uphold account (KYC ok), my BAT disappeared! I have 0 BAT in my local Brave wallet, 0 BAT on UpHold  
In my “brave://rewards-internals/” i can see :

12/02/2022, 18:17:56 promotion\_claimed 50.750000  
12/02/2022, 18:17:53 wallet\_status\_change PENDING ==\> VERIFIED

But nothing come to my uphold account

Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (Build 7601.24544) ||| Version 1.35.103 Chromium: 98.0.4758.102 (Build officiel) (64 bits)

**Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)**  
YES

**What date did you verify your wallet?**

12/02/2022

**Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?**

In local yes, never on uphold

**Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)**

NO

**Are you in a supported region ([see here](https://brave.com/transparency) for list of supported regions)?**

YES

**Does your device pass the [SafteyNet](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.freeandroidtools.safetynettest&hl=en_US&gl=US) check (Android only)?**

PC user Only

**Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??**

Yes

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

- Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on `brave://rewards-internals`)
- Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in `brave://version`)
- A screenshot of your Rewards panel in `Settings --> Brave Rewards`.
