Pre-populate the Save Page option automatically with the .mhtml extension

It would be great to have this option. Currently you have to either add the “m” into the “.html” extension manually each time or change it manually in Windows, which involves an annoying “attention” sound and message “If you change a file name extension the file may become unusable. Are you sure you want to change it?”.
