**事象の概要:**Braveブラウザのプレイリスト機能について、シャッフル再生の挙動に関する改善提案です。
現在のシャッフルでは一部の曲が極端に出にくく感じられることがあります。体感としての使い心地に違和感があり以下のような改善を検討していただけると幸いです。
・一巡シャッフル方式の導入
プレイリスト全体を一度シャッフルし、その順番で重複なく再生する方式
・再生履歴を考慮した重み付け
最近再生された曲は出にくく、長く再生されていない曲は出やすくする仕組み
これらの方法は計算コストも低く、パフォーマンスへの影響はほとんどないと考えられます。一方で、シャッフル再生の満足度は大きく改善されるはずです。
