Playlist Error: "The source file could not be loaded" on newer devices (Works fine on older devices)

Hi everyone,

I’ve been heavily using the Brave Playlist feature for offline video playback, but recently it completely stopped working. Whenever I try to download or play a video offline, I receive the following error:
“The source file could not be loaded” (Maalesef kaynak dosyası yüklenemedi)
Interestingly, this feature still works perfectly fine on older phones/devices around me, but it constantly fails on my current device.
Here are the troubleshooting steps I’ve already tried (none of them worked):
Cleared Brave’s app cache and data.
Uninstalled and reinstalled the Brave browser.
Hard reset/renewed all network and system settings on my phone.
Tested with different websites/video sources.
Since the issue persists even after a clean install and a full device settings reset, it seems to be a bug related to how the recent Brave updates handle media fetching on newer device models or OS versions.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Dear Brave Team, could you please look into this bug and provide a fix in the upcoming update?
Thank you!

I have the same problem just remember open youtube find song and than request desktop version and long hold and add. Now this will work only on first video so too add more you need to have only 1 tab open and close it and than open back youtube.

Many people have posted this issue here before. Please be patient for Brave to fix this. @Mattches this same issue has come through dozens of times. What’s the ETA for a fix?

Unfortunately I do not have any ETA on this, but it does appear to be in progress:
