# PDF Files in Brava in AOL

**Description of the issue:** I have tried everything. PDF’s will only save and not open in the PDF Viewer in AOL only. It works for all other programs but not AOL. I have a PDF viewer extension installed and the download only PDF’s in Privacy settings in Brava is set to off

**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.** Click on the file in an email and the system immediately requests where I want to save it

**Expected result:** Want the PDF to open and not save to the computer

**Reproduces how often:** Always

**Operating System and Brave Version(See the `About Brave` page in the main menu):**  
1.3.107
