# Payout Progess completeted but the BAT is still in my Brave Rewards account

Since May 1 the status of my Payout is “The payout report is currently generating, Please check back later” and then today when I checked it there’s no Last deposit confirmed and the BATs are still in my account. Please help, thank you.

Payments are recorded the first few days of the month, but payments are made on the 13th.  
You must be new to Brave’s creator program
