Password dropdown not working since latest update

Hi

Since updating to Version 0.59.34 Chromium: 72.0.3626.81 (Official Build) (64-bit) when i visit sites i have password fields saved for i used to click in the field and it produce a drop down to choose the username and password that is saved but this seems to not be working now.

i cleared history eta and it now seems to work but one website it does not and i cannot turn off shields to see if that is the issue any help would be great.
