@PotatoHead84

Did you use Apple’s iOS Passwords app for the auto-fill of info - for the Chrome test?

Does your issue occur for other websites than “the website in question?” ( ← ‘https://login.schulmanager-online.de’ )

Hello. No, I am using autotype in Brave. Also the login data is only saved there.

I only have that issue with that page. I already created a ticket with the owner of the page and they said it looks like a problem with the browser. Other browsers, neither mobile nor client, do not show that issue.

Hello? Somebody picks that bug?

@Mattches let me tag you to ask on this. Any ideas why some sites might work this way and if there’s anything the devs can look at doing? OP mentioned a link in their original post. And I can add to that another link which is kenmei.co

The issue is not happening on desktop from what I’ve seen and I haven’t tried digging around for my old Android to check. My backup browser I use on my iPhone is Edge and it does not have this problem in the slightest.

As they said, the username and password fields will have text in them, but the website(s) will act like it’s a blank field. With Brave on these niche sites a person has to add a space or something to have it register that something was entered.
