Page scrolling problem

Hi friends, I’ve been having a problem with Brave Browser since yesterday. When I go to a page and use the down arrow to scroll vertically, it doesn’t just use the bar, but the cursor jumps from square to square, from block to block, instead of scrolling the page. I’ve already reset the software, even uninstalled and reinstalled it, but nothing has changed. Other browsers don’t have this problem. I’ve linked the issue to clearing the keyboard while the browser is open, and who knows what key combination might have been activated. The usual suggestions I’ve found online have been ineffective.

Platform Windows 11

No active Extensions

No Scroll Lock active

You can find a video example at this link: https://www.lcaruso81.altervista.org/Download/scroll.mp4

Can’t get the video to play. Mind just posting it here? It gets to 6MB’s seemingly fast, slows down to zero, then just dies at the server end.

Also, it would be best to follow the template that wasn’t used. We need the exact version of Windows 11 (for example 25H2 or earlier), and which Brave version specifically.

Sorry for any errors. Windows 11 build 26200.7462

Brave 1.85.120 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Chromium: 143.0.7499.192

I’m attaching the file with the correct size but I’m a new user and can’t. I reuploaded a video at the same link, which is probably better.
If you see, the cursor switches from AI Mode and advances element by element without scrolling the page, as the down arrow should.
And as it does in other browsers and as it did with Brave until the day before yesterday.
