Open Facetime? Open Thunderbird? Occurs everytime even for the same sites

I get these prompts over and over. I select to remember that site and it never does. Whenever clicking on an email or phone link I get the same prompts at the same sites each and every time. Is there a way to turn these off? I’m about to give up on Brave because of this.
