Does brave offer Personal Information Removal for example
Find and remove your personal details — like your name and address — from sites that store and sell it, helping to combat identity theft and spam? If not please add this feature.
No, not that I am aware of.
The nature of this issue is very complex.
The truth is that the personal information is stored on servers which are individually owned and operated by different parties around the world. If you wanted to remove this type of personal information from the internet, it would involve individually contacting each website owner and requesting that the personal information is deleted. Sometimes this is successful, sometimes not so much.
However, you can sometimes contact a search engine and request that they remove a search result about you. The search result may no longer appear however it doesn’t mean that the data is deleted at the source. Other search engines may still index and display the result.
If the data is sold and resold, can it ever really be deleted?
