This is basically a new function that allows publishers to request that the users/tippers allow their websites to travk that particular tip. It can beused to detect and show the tippers that we appreciate the tipping. Not from brave, but from the website. Now, since it is only a temporary option, where the user can choose to refuse. An anonymous detection system could also be used, as in each tip carries a specific code/ID which indicates to a specific device
